How much is the payment for shipping?

Each JUNE order has shipping costs that vary by size, weight and destination. This information will be displayed at checkout. We also offer a fixed shipping rate for orders above a certain threshold: this means that you can buy multiple items, from different locations, always paying for one shipping.

When will I receive my item and how can I check the parcel in transit?

Once your order has been confirmed, your item will be dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery takes between 2 and 7 working days, depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. If you order from several JUNE Partners, your items will arrive separately and you will receive different notifications regarding the status of each order.

You will receive tracking information and the estimated delivery date for your order. You can also track the status in your JUNO account under 'My orders'.
